Program Description -- Incentives for GetPaidToApply.com's Referral Services are available to GetPaidToApply.com's customers who use the GetPaidToApply Network Agent assigned by GetPaidToApply to use a GetPaidToApply Agent for a mortgage, insurance or car. Incentives will be paid in the form of a Gift Card from The Home Depot delivered after a copy of signed application from one of GetPaidToApply's agent - broker networks. Incentives are subject to change so enroll to benefit by today's incentive! Only 1 incentive per product line per individual consumer for each calendar year.

Qualification -- Customers must have been initially connected with the agent - broker Professional through GetPaidToApply or one of its websites. These offers may not be combined with any other offer made by GetPaidToApply of any of its partners or affiliates.

Limitations due to State and Federal Law -- The incentive offer is available on modified terms in some states and not available at all in others. In addition, the incentive may not be available to some buyers, as follows:

AL, NH, OR, SD and TN do not allow us to provide you the customary Gift Card incentive associated with this offer. However, you are eligible to receive the same amount as a credit at closing or such other manner as is permitted by state law! Your assigned agent -broker can guide you through this process. If you still have questions after discussing with your agent -broker, please contact GetPaidToApply at 1-850-654-9183. In these states, you MUST ensure that you receive the benefit of the incentive at or prior to closing as GetPaidToApply will be unable to provide the incentive after you close.

AK, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NJ, OK, RI and WV do not allow us to provide any incentive to the consumer. However, we welcome you still to participate in the program, and receive all the other benefits the our GetPaidToApply network provides.

Requesting Incentive -- After you fill out an application with your GetPaidToApply agent -broker, please send us within 10 days after your submission of your information on GetPaidToApply website your signed, completed loan application with a GetPaidToApply agent -broker to fax number (425)-650-5696. Once it is approved, we will mail you your gift card.

GetPaidToApply will process your request upon receipt of the faxed copy, stated by the conditions above, of your application. GetPaidToApply should send a Gift Card from The Home Depot (as applicable) to qualifying customers within approximately 6 - 8 weeks. Please contact GetPaidToApply at 1-850-654-9183 with questions.
